VirtuallyinCredible is a company based in the US providing work from home opportunities to qualified applicants based in the Philippines and Mexico.
In 2012 VirtuallyinCredible was founded by Todd Breen, a property management business owner and himself a property manager who has pioneered several unique methods of using video tours and inspection videos to market and manage rental properties. He began teaching other property managers how to leverage video at their companies and very quickly gained a following who then became VirtuallyinCredible's first client base. To better serve his clients and pass on a huge cost savings to them, Todd decided to outsource work to the Philippines where he met Lucy, then a college professor at Miriam College. Together they began building VirtuallyinCredible, with Lucy leading the people management side of things and Todd focusing on the client side of things.
Since then VirtuallyinCredible grew to now three main lines of business: video marketing and SEO, applications processing, and leasing call center - all of which are integral to property management, and all of which were first successfully outsourced and scaled "at home" in the Philippines by VirtuallyinCredible. Now in 2019, VirtuallyinCredible serves property managers in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Canada, and have grown from the very first staff member in 2012 to now over 150 virtual home-based workers. Todd and Lucy have also since gotten married.
