- 30 to 60 years old
– Graduate of 4 year college course or higher
– At least 5 years experience in these fields: HR, Labor Law, Records Management
– Good Moral Character
– Personable & Respectable
– Fluent in English & Tagalog
– Dynamic & Energetic
– Preferably with teaching experience
– Willing to Travel
