We are looking for a full-time remote SDR who has the skills and experience to make an immediate impact on our team. The position pays 25,000-30,000 PHP per month.
Your Task involve:
Secure net new annual agreements for the company’s entry partners
Actively dialing out to prospective clients from a predefined target list
Prepare digital proposals to be sent to prospects and follow up with prospects to close on the client accounts
Achieving monthly sales targets.
Work closely with the Sales Operations team to represent clients and communicate their needs during the setup process.
Complies with all HR policies and procedures of the company.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Business-related courses
Must have at least (3-5) years of relevant experience
At least 2-3 years of B2B sales background experience
Preferred Qualifications:
● Previous Proven Success in Sales and Business Development experience
● Exposure in Start-up BPO
● Experience in using any CRM Software
● Must have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
In addition you will need:
● Noise free environment
● Strong internet connection (at least 20MBPS Download and 5 -10MBPS upload speed)
● Laptop or other computer with at least I3, 8Gb of Ram
