Job Description

Job Specifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent
  • Preferably with more than two (2) years sales experience in a retail industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Possesses time management and organizational skills
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Willing to be assigned in Mindanao area.

Job Description:

  • Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of clients.
  • Submits orders by referring to price list and product literature.
  • Receives payments in cash or in check based on statement of account (SOA) and from past due accounts (PDA).
  • Assist stores and office in the processing of delivery and returns.
  • Conducts counter of statement of account (SOA) for collection.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Resolves changes in products, service and policy by evaluating results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Identifies sales prospects from field activity and provide tools in building promotional activities.
  • Establish and maintains existing client and potential client relationship.
  • Manages account services through quality checks and follow-up.
  • Influence customer behavior, satisfaction and expectations.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Coordinates with Sales, Accounting and other concerned groups to accomplish the work required to close sales
