Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent
Preferably with more than two (2) years sales experience in a retail industry
Excellent customer service skills
Able to communicate clearly and effectively
Possesses time management and organizational skills
Can work with minimum supervision
Willing to be assigned in Mindanao area.
Job Description:
Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of clients.
Submits orders by referring to price list and product literature.
Receives payments in cash or in check based on statement of account (SOA) and from past due accounts (PDA).
Assist stores and office in the processing of delivery and returns.
Conducts counter of statement of account (SOA) for collection.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Resolves changes in products, service and policy by evaluating results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses.
Identifies sales prospects from field activity and provide tools in building promotional activities.
Establish and maintains existing client and potential client relationship.
Manages account services through quality checks and follow-up.
Influence customer behavior, satisfaction and expectations.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Coordinates with Sales, Accounting and other concerned groups to accomplish the work required to close sales
