Job Description

The position shall be primarily responsible for Employee Relations and overseeing Employee Benefits, Employee Services and Payroll. He/She shall provide direction to the team to ensure that required standards and target/s are met and/or maintained.

Requirements: 

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in a BPO or similar setting is an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of Labor Law, Payroll and HR best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to work in LISP 1, Cabuyao, Laguna
