The role of the Customer Management Officer is to ensure that customer service excellence is always being practiced. Strategically lead the team in achieving the sales and collection targets through creating and maintaining long lasting customer business relationship. Cooperatively and harmoniously work hand in hand with the Branch Officer to ensure the smooth achievement of branch's goals and objectives.
Qualifications: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Management, Marketing or equivalent. • With at least 2-3 years of working experience in multi area/retail management. • Must have a background in Financing, Credit Investigation, Collection, Sales and Marketing. • Knowledgeable enough on how to manage and develop a positive and productive management team. • With proven skills in strategic planning, problem solving and decision making. • Customer service oriented. • Goal oriented and results driven. • With professional Driver's License.
