Job Description


  • Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related
  • At least 2 years work experience in supervising purchase and delivery of food supplies.
  • Work experience in offshore catering, an advantage
  • Working knowledge on HSE/HACCP standards and other F&B standard operating procedures
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision & keen to details
  • Ability to maintain good Client business relationship
  • Above average knowledge in MS office applications, excellent excel knowledge, an advantage
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work extended hours or during weekends/holidays

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of food deliveries from ordering, delivery and invoicing
  • Conduct inspection of supplies delivery
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, packing and delivery of food items are in compliance to HACCP
  • standard operating procedure
  • Supervision of food loading, transportation and delivery from warehouse to client facility per
  • HACCP standard
  • Control and Monitoring of supplies and inventory database
  • Interact with Client for any related business transactions
